Removing a Prescription Note

Select the applicable tab for your province to learn more about removing prescription notes.

Once a note has been transmitted to the EHR, its text cannot be edited, and it cannot be removed.

To delete a local-only prescription note:

Detail the prescription.
Select the Notes tab in Rx Detail.
Select the note to delete.
Select Delete. The note is removed from the Notes tab.
Select OK.
Select Save.

To delete a prescription note:

Detail the prescription.
Select the Notes tab in Rx Detail.
Select the note to delete.
Select Delete. The note is removed from the Notes tab.
Select OK.
Select Save.
